Wine Shopping & Shipping
We provide Shopping and Shipping to Washington (WA) using UPS through our Vibe Cellars Website processing with the fully secure Square Application.
For Shopping and Shipping to States OUTSIDE of Washington (WA) Where Allowed we use UPS through a LINK on our Website to the fully secure VinoShipper Application.
In either case, you must be 21 years of age or older to order, and all orders shipped UPS Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required.
During the summer months in the Chelan, WA area temperatures often reach into the 90-100+ degrees; in the event these temperatures are being experienced, we will DELAY wine shipments to our Customers until temperatures fall to reasonable levels to insure wine shipments arrive in excellent condition. If this does occur, we will contact all Customers having pending shipments and coordinate final shipment timing.
Winery curbside pickup is available for any quantity.
Returns
Perishable goods such as wine cannot be returned.
However, if you have an issue with your product, let us know. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards and Wine Club Memberships
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
