2023 Winemaking Summary:
Lots of GREAT wines are on the way and we are thrilled with them all. The Malbec and Cab Franc we received from StoneTree Vineyard (Wahluke Slope AVA) and the Solaksen Vineyard (Royal Slope AVA) Cabernet Sauvignon are outstanding. Blending trials of our 2022 vintage wines are underway as we get ready for our 2024 Bottling Program. An exciting NEW 2022 Claret (Bordeaux Style) blend is on its way to complement our 2021 Voodoo and 2020 WAVE Right-Minded Blends as well as single varietal Cab Franc, Malbec, Sangiovese, Syrah, and Albariño. We are also doing blending trails for a NEW Sun Chaser white blend as well.
The 2023 vintage wines are all outstanding and the reds are just finishing up on their ML Fermentation cycles as we carefully check given the very cold conditions this winter. This past year we continued to update our barrel program by introducing more new Medium Toast French Oak barrels and rotating in 10 excellent 1-year French Oak barrels as well. We will keep you posted as blending trails are completed and we know more regarding overall Bottling Plans for the new season.
Upcoming SPRING 2024 Wine Club Release:
We are excited and planning for a March 2024 SPRING Wine Club Release. Currently, we anticipate it including our 2022 Albariño, White Bubbles, Wine Club Exclusive NEW 2021 Barrel Select Sangiovese & NEW 2020 WAVE Right-Minded Blend, 2021 Barrel Select Merlot, and our 2021 Voodoo Blend. We are also planning for more exciting Wine Club release parties and events in 2024.
Vibe Cellars Tasting Room/Patio Private Party Opportunities:
We are proud to continue to offer our Tasting Room & wonderful Patio Areas for PRIVATE Parties & Events (limited to no more than 50 participants). A perfect location for a special Birthday, Retirement, Bachelorette, Reunion, etc. Parties (sorry … NO Weddings).  The days available are Sunday through Friday on a Case-By-Case availability basis. Call for more information and pricing.
Full Music Line-up in work:
We are filling out our schedule of LIVE Music at Vibe Cellars for this coming Spring & Summer. We will again offer our Manson Tasting Room & Patio guests LIVE Music on Saturday’s from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Artist’s schedule to be released on our website soon.
Other Events & Activities in work:
We are pulling together lots of FUN events at Vibe Cellars such as Bubble & Brunches, Vertical Wine Tastings, Blend Your Own Wine Night, Heritage Wine Tasting, Ladies Nights, Game Night, etc.
